Yucca filamentosa ‘Color Guard’ | Adam’s Needle

$28.00

This species is native to southeastern USA. The plant prefers full to  part sun but can tolerate half shade. It is adaptable to virtually any soil conditions, but constantly wet or waterlogged soils. Will tolerate sandy soil, salt, and is resistant to heat and humidity.   Hummingbirds, moths, small mammals, and songbirds are attracted to the plant, but it is pollinated by specialized moths called yucca moths, which have a symbiotic relationship with the plant.
