TERMS and CONDITIONS
Plants are not returnable and no refunds are available unless as provided below.
The BCEMGVA plant sales are major fund-raising endeavors to support the Brunswick County Botanical Demonstration Garden and numerous community outreach and horticultural education programs that are part of the Extension Master Gardener mission. We sell plants that may not be available from local sources and at fair prices many times less than available at commercial sources. Plants are not guaranteed because Master Gardeners are not responsible for proper planting and watering techniques after the sale.
If you are purchasing from us at a point-of-purchase plant sale, please take this into consideration as part of your purchase decision. If you purchased via an Online Plant Sale and are not happy with the condition of the plants at pick up, let us know then and we will inquire about replacements with our vendors, or provide a refund.
Customers are responsible for transporting all of their purchases.
Plants in the 15-gallon containers must be loaded by the customer. Master Gardeners will not be able to lift these.
All questions/issues on products from Brent and Becky’s Bulbs need to be directed to them and not the BCEMGVA. We are a third party in these sales.
All charges associated with cancelled credit cards or PayPal accounts will be passed on to the customer and not absorbed by the BCEMGVA.
