Plant pick up is at the government center in Bolvia, 25 Referendum Dr., behind Building N.
We reserve the right to refuse plants from vendors that are not in good condition at delivery. In those cases, we will notify you and refund your money to your credit card.
Per our Terms and Conditions, which you accepted when placing your order, there are no refunds and no guarantees on plants after pick-up. We cannot control the methods of planting or care given after planting, so we are unable to take responsibility for the plant.
